1. Lifetime Warranty — Canvas Prints

All canvas prints come with a lifetime warranty covering:

  • Color durability — we guarantee that colors will not fade under normal usage conditions
  • Print quality — we guarantee high resolution and sharpness of print
  • Canvas quality — we guarantee that the canvas will not stretch, wrinkle, or detach from the frame
  • Frame quality — we guarantee the strength and stability of the wooden frame

2. 30-Day Warranty — Posters and FotoMix

Posters and FotoMix products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt, covering:

  • Print quality — sharpness, color accuracy, and resolution
  • Paper quality — we guarantee no damage, creases, or material defects
  • Production accuracy — conformity with the ordered format and specifications

3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper handling or storage of the product
  • Exposure to direct sunlight (for posters)
  • Exposure to excessive moisture or extreme temperatures
  • Mechanical damage (impacts, cuts, scratches)
  • Use of aggressive cleaning agents
  • Quality of the original photograph provided by the customer (low resolution, blur, noise)

4. Warranty Claim Procedure

To exercise your warranty rights, you need to:

  2. Provide your order number and describe the problem
  3. Attach photographs that clearly show the defect
  4. Await our response — we will reply within 48 hours

5. Claim Resolution

After reviewing the claim, we offer the following solutions:

  • Product replacement: Free production and delivery of a new product
  • Repair: Repair of the product at no cost to the buyer (if applicable)
  • Refund: Full refund of the amount paid

Return shipping costs in the case of a valid claim are borne by the Seller.

6. Tips for Product Longevity

Canvas prints:

  • Avoid direct sunlight
  • Clean with a dry, soft cloth
  • Maintain normal room temperature (15–25°C)
  • Avoid humid rooms (bathrooms)

Posters:

  • We recommend framing with UV-protective glass
  • Avoid direct sunlight
  • Store in a dry environment
